Terms & Conditions
Member Account Policy
Members are required to have a valid credit card on file at all times to be a member in good standing. To set up your house account, please view your online account or visit the Pro Shop with a valid credit card to be added to your member account. Junior members must have a parent and/or guardian as a member of the club in order to have a charge account.
Booking Tee Times
Members may reserve tee times in advance for online booking. It is the responsibility of all members to reserve their tee times. Non weather related tee times must be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to play. Primary booker will be responsible for the tee time.
No Show / Short Shows
Members who fail to cancel tee times more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a no show fee for any members or guests who do not arrive. The primary booker for the tee time will be held responsible to pay the associated fees for any golfers who do not show up in their group.
Rules and Regulations
Club memberships provide a member with the right to use the club’s facilities available to that category of membership upon payment of applicable fees, pursuant to and in accordance with the membership plan, by-laws, rules and regulations established for the club. It does not provide a member with any ownership or equitable interest in the club or the facility or other assets owned by the club. The golf club shall use all reasonable efforts to have the club’s golf course available to playing members during the golfing season. The closure of all or any portion of the club for repaid, maintenance, improvement, corporate events, or otherwise shall be permitted at the sole discretion of the club. The club shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept or reject any application for membership. The club shall not be required to provide reasons for its decision to accept or reject an application for membership. The club may establish such order of priorities for consideration and acceptance of applications as it determines to be appropriate.
Age Restricted 2026 Memberships
Our age-restricted memberships require proof of age. Eligibility date is April 1st, 2026.
- Intermediate A Memberships eligibility is for those born between 1987 and 1997.
- Intermediate B Memberships eligibility is for those born between 1998 and 2008.
Reciprocal Membership Privileges
Memberships include green fees at any of our other Cardinal Golf Group courses. The member cart plan does not apply to the other courses. There is a maximum of 2 reservations at the same course per month. Bookings can be made for Monday through Thursday anytime and after 12pm from Friday to Sunday + holidays. All guests must pay the full public tee time rate. Charging to your club house account is not possible at other facilities. 7 day advanced tee time booking is available. Bookings are done by contacting your Head Golf Professional.

Prize Fund & GAO Fee
Included in each membership is a $60 prize fund as well as a $40 GAO fee (except for Junior Elite members).
These terms form a legal agreement between the Member and the Club (including its affiliates and subsidiaries). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
– Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable except under limited special circumstances.
– Membership fees fund Club operations and annual budgets.
2. Cancellation Before Season Start
– Members may request a 100% refund (less admin/finance fees) before the official season start date (typically April).
– Once the course opens, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Amount
– Refunds may be prorated based on time or circumstance, at the Club’s sole discretion.
– Golf season typically runs ~200 days, ending November 1.
4. Membership Credit
– After season opening, credits may be issued for special circumstances (see Section 6).
5. Transfer of Memberships
– Memberships may be transferred to an immediate family member (in good standing) in cases of injury or death, with proper documentation.
6. Medical or Special Circumstances
– Injured members may receive a prorated credit for future dues (doctor’s note required).
– In case of death, a spouse or child may receive a prorated refund or credit (death certificate may be required).
7. Notification Process
– Requests must be submitted in writing (letter or email) by the member or immediate family.
– Doctor’s notes must be legible and from a licensed physician.
8. Processing Timeframe
– Approved refunds may take up to 4 weeks.
– A void cheque is required for electronic deposit.
9. Non-Refundable Fees
– Administration and finance fees are not refundable.
10. Member Responsibilities
– Members must fulfill all obligations (return Club property, settle outstanding balances) before a refund is processed.
11. Exceptions & Disputes
– Members with outstanding house account balances will not receive any refund or credit until balances are paid in full.
12. Policy Changes
– The Club may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
– Updates are effective immediately upon posting to the Club’s website.
13. Cart Plan Policy
Cart plans must be purchased at the time of membership. Mid-season cart plan additions or pro-rated upgrades are not permitted. Members without a cart plan may purchase cart packages during the season.
(Collectively the “Waiver”)
THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS — READ CAREFULLY
Every customer or visitor to the Club must read and complete this Waiver before entering Club property or participating in Club Activities.
1. Understanding
This Waiver applies to the Cardinal Golf Complex (“the Club,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, officials, lessees, and agents. “Customer” refers to anyone paying to participate, attending as a guest, or visiting the Club. If accompanied by a minor, I confirm that all statements herein are made on behalf of the minor and are truthful.
2. Risks: I understand that there are inherent risks (“Risks”) associated with:
– The game of golf
– Use of golf equipment and power carts
– Use of Club facilities
– Participation in sports, instruction, fitness, food & beverage services, or any other Club-organized programs or events (“Activities”)
3. Potential for Injury
I acknowledge the Risks include the potential for serious injury, death, or property damage.
These Risks may depend on my health, fitness, awareness, and conduct.
4. Assumption of Risk
I freely accept and assume all responsibility for all Risks and resulting loss, injury, or damage, even if caused by the Club’s negligence or breach of duty.
5. Use of Golf Carts
I acknowledge, represent, and agree to the following:
a) I am familiar with safe cart use and will:
– Keep carts off greens and tees
– Drive only on fairways or designated pathways
b) I will pay for any cart damage and am fully responsible for injury or property damage arising from cart use.
c) Only two people and two golf bags are allowed per cart; no minors may operate a cart.
d) The emergency brake must always be applied when parked.
e) Arms and feet must remain inside the cart when in motion.
f) Drivers must remain in full control and ensure the cart is in the proper gear before use.
6. Waiver of Claims & Release
In consideration of being on Club property and participating in Activities, I and my Legal Representatives (heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns) agree to:
a) Waive all current and future claims against the Club.
b) Release the Club from all liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss, even if due to negligence or breach of contract.
c) Release the Club from liability for any illness, disease, or infection.
d) Indemnify and hold harmless the Club from all claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from my participation or that of my guests/minors.
7. Application
– This Waiver remains in effect for all future visits to the Club.
– Entry to the property is conditional upon agreement to this Waiver.
